terms of service

please read my terms of service before contacting me for my work!i operate on the assumption that all commissioners have read my tos before contacting me.if you decide to skip reading my tos, it all still applies regardless.

i. applying for commissions

1. i work on a day-to-day basis, and open commissions as i see fit. commissions are first come, first serve. kindly keep in mind that i do work a full-time job from 9am-5pm est, mon-fri; comms will be completed as they come.2. when requesting art from me, please be sure to have:
• a clear, un-shaded reference sheet/image of your character
• direct, straight-forward details of your request (i also appreciate references or sketches!)
• themes & characters that do not violate my tos3. the best ways to contact me are via discord and telegram, but you can reach out via dm on other apps - there's just no guarantee i will see it. if i do not respond after 72 hours, please reach out again! i am a human being and sometimes i miss things/don't get notifications for messages!4. turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your piece, and if there are other slots taken — if you need a piece completed by a specific timeframe, please let me know!

ii. general

1. do not copy, trace, claim, or sell any of my artwork.2. you may post your completed commission so long as you credit me, and link at least one of my socials.3. i have the right to reject any commission that may go against my morals or tos. this is non-negotiable.4. i have a lot more experience drawing feminine characters; i am still practicing with more masculine ones, so the quality may be different. please keep this in mind!5. you must be 18+ to commission me.6. please do not flirt with me, get sexual with me in any nature, or keep poking me for small talk.7. do not put my art into any kind of ai generation; you will be permanently blacklisted.

iii. payment

1. i currently only accept payments via ko-fi, cashapp, or paypal.2. payment must be sent first; i will not start without payment.3. terms can be flexible -- i require at least half of the payment upfront before i begin. this applies to any pieces over $50; otherwise, full payment is needed up-front.

iv. wills & won't's

i will draw:
- human, anthro, and feral characters
- canines, felines, avians, reptiles, dinosaurs, dragons, aquatic animals
- suggestive art/poses
- i prefer to draw feminine characters, but i can draw androgynous & masculine characters as welli won't draw:
- nsfw/explicit material (at the moment)
- fetish art of any kind (weight gain, ageplay, inflation, vore, etc.)
- war/military themes
- any art that is hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, etc.
- suggestive/nsfw feral
- copyrighted characterswill draw, but don't have much experience with:
- machinery/cars
- tactical gear
- instruments
- detailed buildings/urban landscapes^^ note that an additional fee may apply if you request something from this list.
